Derailed train passenger: 'My instinct was to grab my daughter'
British Transport Police has said it is "responding alongside paramedics and the fire service" to a train that has derailed near Lewes in East Sussex.
Rob Bradley, who was on the train with his six-year-old daughter Mabel, told the BBC: "It was pandemonium... I could feel the carriage rocking, then it jumped. The emergency brakes slammed on and everyone got thrown forward."
