Office worker retrains to be personal trainer in his 50s

A 59-year-old man who turned his back on office work to become a personal trainer says he is enjoying the slow pace of life.

Mark Jerling, from Poling, West Sussex, gave up his job in management almost a decade ago.

He said: "My life has slowed down a lot but it's much more enjoyable. It's important to me to be an ambassador for the over 50s."
