Detective denies child rape and sex assault charges
BBC/Emily JohnsonA West Yorkshire Police officer has denied raping a girl under the age of 13 and other sexual offences.
Det Con Daniel Livesley, who works in the Bradford district, is currently suspended from duty.
The 48-year-old, from Bradford, appeared at York Crown Court earlier where he also pleaded not guilty to three further counts of sexually assaulting a girl under 13 between 2017 and 2019 while off duty.
His trial date has been provisionally set for March 2027 at the same court.
