Road closed following serious three-vehicle crash

A road in Nottinghamshire has been shut in both directions following a serious crash.

Nottinghamshire Police said emergency services were called to Retford Road near Worksop after the three-vehicle crash at about 12:15 BST on Thursday.

The force added the road - near to Osberton Hall - would be closed "for some time".

Officers have asked people to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
