Trial set for man facing far right terror charges
Getty ImagesA judge at the Old Bailey has set a trial date in February next year for a man alleged to have circulated far right videos online.
Kristopher B Humphreys, 30, from Kendal, in Cumbria, has been charged with 12 counts of distributing videos on Telegram as well as illegally possessing a terrorist document.
His barrister Ben Gordon said the charges "would be contested".
Judge Mrs Cheema Grubb said the trial would begin at Manchester Crown Court on 1 February 2027. Humphreys was remanded into custody.
