Images show the scale of the blaze in Mansfield

Drone images released by the fire service show the damage caused by a blaze in Mansfield.

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said it was called at 13:34 BST on Wednesday to a field fire off Eakring Road.

The service said eight fire crews attended the scene.

A spokesperson for the service said on Wednesday evening the incident was "drawing to a close".
