South-west England's news agenda this week has featured big fines for South West Water, repair work after Storm Goretti being completed and hopes for a new building coming to Plymouth.

There has also been time to chat to a death-defying bike rider who has no plans of stopping decades into his career along with a celebration of all things Devonian.
