Fire at former Albert Looms site 'deliberate'
Derbyshire Fire and Rescue ServiceA blaze at a former car breakers in Spondon is believed to have been started deliberately, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service said.
Six fire crews from stations in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire were called to the site of Albert Looms in Megaloughton Lane, Spondon, at about 17:05 BST on Sunday.
It said fire crews left the site shortly after 23:00 on Sunday and returned on Monday morning to carry out a re-inspection.
