George Pratt (second left) is congratulated by his Bradford City team-mates after scoring the winning goal against Notts County
George Pratt's first EFL goal earned Bradford City a 1-0 win to end Notts County's unbeaten start to League One.
The Bradford-born defender, on loan from Blackburn Rovers, rifled home from 20 yards to make it four wins from six for Graham Alexander's side.
On-loan Crystal Palace winger Hindolo Mustapha had gone close to a fifth-minute opener for Notts County.
Mustapha intercepted a pass from Pratt to flick a shot past keeper Jon McCracken but Callum Connolly cleared off the line.
Antoni Sarcevic fired straight at home keeper James Belshaw, but Notts County carried most of the threat in the first half. Rory Finneran drove wide on the counter-attack and Nick Tsaroulla curled a free-kick over the bar.
Bradford grabbed the initiative at the start of the second half and took a 52nd-minute lead when Pratt arrowed a shot into the bottom corner.
Kayden Jackson then found the side-netting and Jake Beesley went close from Josh Neufville's cross.
Belshaw used his legs to deny Bradford substitute Nick Powell. Finneran's deflected shot was the best response from County.
