    Transfer deadline day is upon us and today is the final chance for your EFL club to finalise any business until January.

    The transfer window closes at 23:00 BST, so we might have some late night scrambles to get deals over the line.

    There has already been plenty of movement this summer and whether it's a busy or quiet day for your club, you will be able to keep across it all on BBC Sport.

    Owen Bailey was named in the League One team of the year for 2025-26 after scoring 16 goals in 55 games in all competitions

    Doncaster Rovers captain Owen Bailey has signed a new three-year deal.

    The 27-year-old midfielder has scored 20 goals in 138 league appearances for Grant McCann's side since joining from Gateshead in June 2023.

    "The way the gaffer has spoken to me since I've come to the club has been unbelievable," he told the club website., external

    "It's a big thing for me to want to repay that and commit my future here and give everything when I go out on the pitch, and I'll continue to do that."
