When Barry Town shocked European giants Porto

This weekend marks the 25th anniversary of the day that Barry Town shocked Porto 3-1 in the Champions League qualifiers.

The Welsh side bounced back from a 8-0 hammering in Portugal to triumph in the second leg at Jenner Park.

Porto took the lead through £8m signing Jardel but Barry responded with goals by Lee Phillips and Michael Flynn before Gary Lloyd sealed the win on the night from the penalty spot.
