West Bromwich Albion have signed defender Brayann Pereira from Dutch club NEC Nijmegen for an undisclosed fee, understood to be in fhe region of £1m.

The 23-year-old Frenchman, who has signed a four-year contract, is the Baggies' 10th arrival of the summer transfer window.

Peireira began his career with Lens and also had a spell with Auxerre before joining NIjmegen in 2024.

He has made seven appearances this season, four of them in the Champions League games against Olympiakos and Bodo/Glimt.
