Glamorgan captain Kiran Carlson has earned his first call-up for The Hundred after being selected to play for Lord's based London Spirit.

The 28-year-old has previously led Glamorgan in the One Day Cup, which runs concurrently, winning it in 2021 and 2024.

Glamorgan batter Sean Dickson has been picked by Birmingham Phoenix in the latest round of selections.

Meanwhile, Welsh Fire have chosen Jordan Clark, Dillon Pennington, Niamh Holland and Georgia Davis as their wildcard picks.

Glamorgan pair Ben Kellaway and Asa Tribe were already in the Welsh Fire line-up, led by Welshman Phil Salt, while Mason Crane will be joined by Carlson at London Spirit.

The Welsh county will need a new captain for the One Day Cup.

Their contingent of five players at The Hundred equals their biggest contribution to the franchise competition.
