Robert Bush, who owned Hull-based Legacy Independent Funeral Directors, is in court ahead of sentencing for a series of offences that shocked grieving families. The 48-year-old admitted 30 counts of preventing the lawful and decent burial of the dead, as well as fraud and theft offences, including giving some families the ashes of strangers.
