Court hears motive behind funeral scandal

Greed and incompetence blamed as undertaker faces sentencing in court.

Robert Bush, who owned Hull-based Legacy Independent Funeral Directors, is in court ahead of sentencing for a series of offences that shocked grieving families.
The 48-year-old admitted 30 counts of preventing the lawful and decent burial of the dead, as well as fraud and theft offences, including giving some families the ashes of strangers.
The court has been hearing the motive behind the former funeral director's actions. Peter Levy reports.
