WATCH: Bright and beautiful balloons take flight in Bristol
Bristol's International Balloon Fiesta is in full flight with hundreds of bright, colourful and creative designs taking to the skies.
Now in its 48th year, the annual three-day event in South West England is expected to be watched by thousands of people from all over the world.
Launches of hot air balloons are planned across the weekend and each evening, when the Sun sets, a 'Nightglow' event sees balloons tethered to the ground and illuminated in time with music.
