Cracking! Meet the Aardman stars heading to auction

Get ready to spot some familiar faces as Aardman celebrates its 50th birthday with a special auction.

More than 200 pieces are being sold later this month, including some of the studio's most famous characters and props.

From Wallace and Gromit to Shaun the Sheep and Morph, there are plenty of favourites to check out in these photos.

Let's take a closer look at some of the stars that you might recognise..

They might be small, but they hold a massive place in Aardman history.

Morph was one of Aardman's first creations, before he was later joined by his cheeky friend Chas.

No Aardman auction would be complete without their two main stars.

From their first film together, "A Grand Day Out", to their most recent movie "Vengeance Most Fowl", Wallace and his loyal dog Gromit are absolute British classics.
