If you're in Year 6 in England and Wales or P7 in Scotland or Northern Ireland, then you're probably thinking ahead to the end of term.

For you this won't just mean summer holidays ahead, but also that you've finished primary school and are ready to head off to secondary school.

It's common to mark the occassion with a residential or trip with your class and get a school hoody made, that has the names of all your classmates on the back.

It seems like some of you are even taking things up a notch by designing your own school leavers shirts - and we want to see what you've come up with at your school!

WATCH: How are school leavers hoodies made?

It's long been tradition for pupils to get friends to sign their shirt on the last day of school but in the years before leavers hoodies, the shirts weren't anything special.

It would often just be the same old shirt that you wore to school everyday, that others would sign with colourful markers - but in recent years colourful shirts with more specialised designs have become more popular.

Some we've seen have large large text on the front or back that read Class of 2026 or Leavers 2026, and have the list of student names printed inside the numbers like a leavers hoodie would.

Others are themed around popular TV shows, films or musicians.
