Uefa to boycott World Cup if Fifa plans go through

All members of Europe's football federation have voted to boycott the World Cup if Fifa goes ahead with plans to sell stakes in the tournament to private investors. We get reaction from around the world. The decision was taken at an emergency meeting of Uefa's member associations. Australia's internet regulator says it has begun legal action against the messaging platform Telegram over an alleged failure to remove terrorist material.
