Sam from Swansea, grew up in care, facing neglect, hunger and 15 foster placements, but one teacher, Ms Meek, saw beyond his label and believed in him. Inspired by her, Sam became a primary school teacher, and 25 years later, the pair reunite back at school as he thanks her for changing his life. Gemma Dunstan meets them to find out how those in care can be supported at school.
