The Welsh Rugby union has confirmed that one of Ospreys or Scarlets will be cut by 2028. In April, the governing body set out its intention to reduce to three regions by the 2028-29 season. And now, Cardiff Rugby and Dragons are set to be given licences to continue by the WRU. That leaves only Llanelli-based Scarlets, and Swansea-based Ospreys to fight for the final licence. So we want to hear from you, especially Scarlets and Ospreys fans... How do you feel about this? Spending excessive time online is associated with higher stress levels and worse mood, according to a new German study. The study found that whilst an initial sense of pleasure and relief drew people in to social media, some participants began to neglect other life activities. The authors did stress that the internet could be a space for fun and joy - as long as life responsibilities weren't ignored. But we want to hear how you're doing at resisting the urge to scroll... Do you struggle to put your phone down? And finally.. How close are you with your hairdresser? A new BBC crime drama, 'Hairdresser Mysteries' follows the story of a village hairdresser who solves crimes by listening to the gossip from the locals... But it's got us thinking... We do tend to open up to our hairdressers don't we? So, do you let down your hair with your hairdresser? Call or WhatsApp 03700 100 110 or Text 8 10 12. Be part of the nation's conversation.
