The ‘demoralising’ impact of Northants shoplifters

Northamptonshire's Business Crime Partnership says it had more than five thousand reports of incidents in the last 12 months.

And while the county’s police force say those numbers are down on previous years – the impact on the businesses targeted remains a big one.
