Local men run 500k Scotland to Thirsk for charity

North Yorkshire men Ben Davies, Mat Cole and Mark Karvounis speak to Georgey Spanswick after completing a 500k relay from Scotland to Thirsk in just two and a half days. They took on the challenge to raise money for the mental health charity, Charlie Dallas Lancaster Foundation, and reflect on the experience and the support they received along the way. The men have so far raised £23,000.
