How are you keeping cool in this heat? Only one in 20 homes in this country are fitted with air conditioning and some experts say our infrastructure isn't built to withstand heat.

So could designated, so-called 'cool spaces' like Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral be the answer for those of us clamouring for somewhere colder?
