Andy Flower: "I fully support Alastair Cook"

Andy Flower says he's "motivated" to carry on as England's team director and is backing Alastair Cook to continue as captain despite the underwhelming Ashes campaign saying "We must all take responsbilibity for the loss out here." England are staring down the barrel of a 5-0 whitewash with just one more test to come, starting on Friday in Sydney.
