As the girls deal with an anonymous threat that could tie them to the campus murder, officers Shepherd and Roach kick off their investigation with an arrest.
Two days after the shocking murder, the police detain a suspect, and the vice-chancellor pleads for the students to remain calm. Barbara receives an anonymous threat, but that’s not all.
The police are looking for evidence, whilst Elise and Barbara try to conceal any on them on the night of the murder. The girls must work out a way to destroy the evidence before the police can get it while having enough time to meet their anonymous antagonist and also keeping up their usual appearances of campus queen and eccentric exchange student.
