Episode 3

It’s quarter-final time as this week's remaining four celebrities return to battle once more. They all want a place in the semi-finals, but only the best three will get there.

Grace and Giorgio want to see progress, passion and even more plates of delicious food!

The first hurdle in their way is a new challenge titled Service Is Up. For the first time in the competition, the celebrities must work in teams to provide a three-course extravaganza in just 90 minutes. Grace and Giorgio take their spot at the table as the teams graft their hardest to provide restaurant-quality delights. On the menu is a mackerel scotch egg, roast chicken with fondant potatoes, leeks and a chicken jus, with a classic sticky toffee pudding to round things off. Will the celebrity teams be able to work together in perfect harmony, or will the pressure get to them and cause a clash?

Then just one final challenge stands between them and a semi-final place, with their fate lying in the hands of one of the most well-known online food creators in the UK. Chef, author, and content creator Seema Pankhania is here to set the challenge. With her recipe content regularly going viral, each celebrity is tasked with recreating one of her technically challenging favourites. These recipes have been developed by her and are inspired by her travels. They are all designed to pack a punch.

Who can step up and recreate Seema’s recipe to perfection? This is no time for mistakes because, for three celebrities, a semi-final place awaits. But for one of them, the dream of taking the Celebrity MasterChef title ends here.
