Preston Davey was thirteen months old when he died. He was sexually assaulted by his two adoptive fathers before one of them killed him. One of those men has been given a whole life sentence and will never be eligible for parole. The other has been sentenced to 25 years. It's a shocking case which raises questions about adoption, social services, and the NHS - we'll have the details.
