Indie legend Emily Haines, lead singer of Metric, takes over the Indie Forever playlist. Her theme is Romanticise The Bands, where she celebrates the collaborative nature of bands and the value of making music with other people. With music by Geese, The Hives, Dry Cleaning and Phoenix.

She reflects on Metric's rise to stardom - in the late 90s they rented a loft in Williamsburg in New York and shared the space with future indie legends, including future members of TV On The Radio, Liars and Yeah Yeah Yeahs. You will also find out what Hayley Williams gave her as a present when they were on tour together.

And she shares her love for fellow Canadian bands Stars and Broken Social Scene.
